YKH Consulting, LLC provided expert mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for the design of a new two-story, 40,000-square-foot medical office building. Designed to accommodate a wide range of healthcare tenants, the facility features dynamic shell space that allows for flexible layouts and future expansions. YKH Consulting worked closely with the design and construction teams to develop adaptable MEP systems that support various medical specialties while ensuring energy efficiency, patient comfort, and regulatory compliance.

The HVAC system was engineered to provide zoned climate control, allowing individual tenants to customize their space while maintaining overall building efficiency. High-efficiency air filtration and ventilation systems were incorporated to meet the stringent air quality standards required for medical environments. The electrical design included a robust power distribution network, energy-efficient lighting, and backup power infrastructure to support critical healthcare operations. Additionally, the plumbing system was designed to accommodate medical gas distribution, high-use restrooms, and water-efficient fixtures to optimize functionality and sustainability.
