YKH Consulting, LLC provided tailored mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the Alston Residence—a brand new, three-story mansion designed to exemplify modern luxury and comfort. Working in close collaboration with the architectural and construction teams, YKH Consulting developed innovative MEP systems that seamlessly integrated with the mansion’s elegant design. From the outset, the project demanded a perfect blend of functionality, energy efficiency, and aesthetics, which guided the comprehensive design approach for the home's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and water management systems.

 

For the mechanical system, YKH Consulting engineered a state-of-the-art HVAC solution that provided precise climate control across varied living spaces, ensuring optimal comfort for both everyday living and special gatherings. The electrical engineering design featured sophisticated power distribution and ambient lighting that enhanced the mansion’s architectural features, as well as supporting advanced home automation systems. On the plumbing side, custom solutions were implemented to cater to high-end fixtures and gourmet kitchen requirements, all while incorporating water-saving technologies.
