YKH Consulting provided MEP engineering solutions for The Shop at the Contemporary Arts Center, a multifaceted venue encompassing a coffee shop and co-working space. The project's emphasis on  a vibrant ambiance and sophisticated flexibility required close communication and planning with the architect, particularly in the design of the central lighting system. Moreover, we applied our compre- hensive approach building safety, with  brand new cameras, security alarms, and fire saftey systems. The Shop is now a sleek and inviting destination, as well as a functional and adaptable meeting  enviroment tailored to the needs of small business owners and entrepreneurs.
