YKH Consulting provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for OHC SCPH Surgery Renovation and Addition. The MEP systems scope included verification of owner furnished equipment loads and locations and calculation of any electrical demand loads and equipment connection requirements. YKH also lead the development of construction documents in accordance with architectural floor plans. 

This work will include site electrical work, light fixture layout, switching layout, receptacle layout, electrical circuitry, fire alarm system layout, and data system layout. YKH also developed HVAC construction documents in accordance with architectural floor plans. The project includes equipment layout, duct layout, thermostat locations and coordination of grilles/diffusers with reflected ceiling plan. We designed plumbing and fire suppression construction documents in accordance with architectural floor plans. YKH Consulting also facilitated equipment layouts, plumbing layouts, and the work to meet all sprinkler system design performance criteria.
